Interviewing
All assigned employees will meet with MedGov Staffing in a face-to-face interview before being dispatched for a job assignment.
Drug Screening
MedGov Staffing requires all assigned employees to have passed a 10-Panel Drug Screen before being dispatched for a job assignment.
Payroll
We handle Payroll Checks, Journals and Processing, Complete Employment Tax Processing, W2, W4, W5 and I9 Processing, Administration of Wage Garnishments and Tax Liens
Workers Comp
All assigned employees are covered by MedGov Staffing's Workers Comp Policy. No upfront premium deposits/audits/finance charges. Eliminates assigned risk surcharges.
Unemployment Since the employer of record is MedGov Staffing, we handle all unemployment paperwork, claims and possible unemployment hearings.
